Delivery

If you are not at home when your order arrives, our courier will call the mobile number you provide with your order. They will leave the box in a shady spot near your front door. If you live in an apartment block or there is no safe place to leave it they will return it to our warehouse to organise redelivery. 

All of our products are packaged inside boxes and they are delivered in refrigerated trucks. 

We don't offer time slot selection for deliveries. We use a third party refrigerated courier and all orders are collected early am and they deliver them on their schedule according to how many deliveries they have. If you require your order for the morning it’s probably better to get them delivered the day before and keep them overnight in the fridge.

Ordering

We do require 4 days notice to get your order ready but we all sometimes leave things to the last minute. If you require an order for the following day, get in touch our team on orders@thecompassionatekitchen.com.au or call us on 03 8080 8508 and we'll do our best to help you out. 

Yes you can. Select PICK UP at checkout and select a preferred time and day to collect from our factory in Keilor Park. 

We will notify you on the day when your order is ready for collection.
